Floating Yoga

Explore your potential, find comfort in groundlessness, feel the peace of the natural world, bring the elements of water and air into your practice, relax, and laugh. This is yoga done on a floating mat (stand up paddleboard, aka SUP) on the water and may or may not include splashes.

Gather a group of 4-6 water warriors to schedule a group lesson or request a private session.
