Exploring & Discovering Meditation

Come out to KAY Yoga for a 4-lesson series with Zoë to explore a variety of meditative practices followed by guided relaxation. The series will guide you and support you in finding ways of meditating that work for you.

Every second week for 4 sessions.  $70 plus tax per student covers all 4 lessons, please pre-register!
