Does the floor seem like a hard and far-away place? Kneeling not for you? In this 9-lesson series, we’ll practice yoga with the help of chairs. It’s still yoga and still a fantastic way to build strength and flexibility. Each lesson will build on the previous to establish a solid foundation for your practice.
All are welcome. If you have a regular yoga practice, and want to try something different, this class can be for you too.
